Cosmic Rift

Cosmic Rift is the second pony in my post-apocalyptic/post war AU. His backstory ties in directly with Razor Whip (previously known as Comet Tail.) The two were previously inseparable, and he was very much in love with Comet. While she stared at the stars, he stared at her, his whole world. His love for her ran deeper than even he understood, but Cosmic is not a stallion that knows how to communicate his feelings and intimacy only makes him anxious and uncomfortable, so he never quite showed how he felt. When war struck and they ended up in the same bunker, he was secretly thrilled. However, raiders soon infiltrated their sanctuary and ransacked, robbed, and terrorized the entire place, taking fillies and mares with them to sell into the sex trade. Cosmic watched as Comet was dragged away, screaming his name, but in a moment of weakness he regretted everyday since, he ran away and hid instead. He never saw Comet again, though he still searches. He doesn't know the state that she is in or who she has become. The reference sheet above is of the pre-war times. The chunk of ankle and ear missing were due to an experiment gone wrong, they were teleported to another planet/location in space. More details on my Instagram [DramaticEmily]
